Hello there!
I can relate exactly to how you're feeling. Anxiety can throw a loop and be rather challenging to deal with.
I know you posted this a few hours ago, so I'm hoping that you're hanging in there right now. The number one thing that you can do, as hard as it seems, is to focus on your breathing. Inhaling and exhaling slowly while counting the number of breaths is very helpful. If you like to feel secure, try lying under a blanket or wrapping yourself in it. Another idea is to go on YouTube and searching nature sounds that tend to be really relaxing.
What I suggest doing is making a distractions box. You can find a shoe box, a plastic container, etc. Wrap it up and decorate it to your desire before putting things that make you happy in there. In mine, for example, I have a stress ball and some bath fizzers.
Lastly, it's okay to cry. Crying is a good outlet.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
