Am I being bullied at work? -

The organisation I'm based at has 13 locations. I mainly work at 3 of them.
However, when I go to the other sites, the staff there are very rude. If I ask them for help in tasks, or just trivial things like where the washroom is, they scorn at me and look as if they don't want to assist me.
I generally don't care if people slight me, since I'm a confident person. But at work, I don't think I should be subject to negative treatment.

I don't think 'Rudeness' counts as bullying or discrimination, you'd have to prove they were singling you out for some reason. In the absence of that, it's just boorishness.
Two choices: Ignore it and be thankful you're not them. Or find a way to address it with them when it comes up.

This is not bullying, however it is a code of conduct issue. You could talk to someone in charge and see what your options are. However reporting it will likely cause more harm than good.
