TeenHelp's 20th Anniversary competition!

TeenHelp has reached many milestones, and on July 13th it will turn 20! To celebrate two decades of helping teens and young adults around the world, TeenHelp is holding a friendly competition to give you a chance to showcase your creativity.

Submissions can be in the form of short stories, poems, artwork, photography, songs and videos.

You can enter up to 3 submissions:

• Your TeenHelp memories
• Tell us what you think TeenHelp will look like in 20 years
• Express your hopes and dreams for where you'd like to be in 20 years

Rules

All submissions must:

• Abide by the TeenHelp Code of Conduct
• Be your own handiwork
• Be submitted by July 1st to Halcyon via Private Message or e-mailed to publications@teenhelp.org

Prizes

The winner will be awarded a $20/£15 gift voucher for an online site/shop of your choice, e.g. Amazon.
The two runners-up will be awarded additional perks on TeenHelp.

Depending on the number of submissions received, we will select our favourites from each category and put up a poll for our users to vote on. Some of the submissions will then be featured in our 100th Newsletter issue!

Sounds fun! I can't believe it's almost been 20 years.

I am thinking about doing this...I was wondering could be a collage of images from like the internet? It would be my own work just not my own pictures.

If the pictures are released under the Creative Commons CC0, then you can use them. There are many websites that allow you to use the pictures freely. I've taken a quote from a website to explain what you can't do with the images.

The only restriction is that identifiable people may not appear in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive, unless they give their consent. You should also make sure the depicted content (people, logos, private property, etc.) is suitable for your application and doesn't infringe any rights.

In a nutshell, any pictures you find from the above websites can be used in your collage.
