I really liked "Go Ask Alice" I cried throughout a lot of the book. Amazingly shocking. But I couldn't bring myself to read anymore books on drug addictions for quite a while afterwards.
I'm currently reading a few different books...
Uglies: Scot Westerfeld Death's Shadow: Darren Shan Fall on your knees: Ann-Marie MacDonald Darkly Dreaming Dexter: Jeff Lindsay Boy Toy: Barry Lyga
And I'm also re-reading Identical by Ellen Hopkins.

I don't have a future figured out.
And maybe this is going too fast.
And maybe it's not meant to last,

OMG MURAKAMIIIIIII! Apart from the cat killing bit, I love him. He's brilliant. Had to be said. I'm reading several books at once. I'm reading 'Thud' by the one, the only, Terry Pratchett (who I am even more of an insane adoring fan of ever since he got alzeimers. He is a god among men, brilliance incarnate. Seriously), 'Fathers and sons' by Turgenev and 'Existentialism is a Humanism' by Sartre. And kind of 'The Master and Margarita' by Bulgakov, but I praticually know that one off by heart so it doesn't count. I truely love that book.

So I will find my fears and face them
I will cower like a dog
I will kick and scream
I will kneel and plead
I'll fight like hell to hide that I'm givin' up

Well I'm reading
Sloth - Robin Wasserman and I've just finished Of Mice and Men. I actually really liked that book and I'm glad we're doing it in school otherwise I probably wouldn't have ever read it.

i just spent £30 on books in one go for my birthday! and my boyfriend took me book shopping for valentines day lol. im going a little bit crazy with books at the moment...i just put a new (well, new for my room) bookcase in my room!
anyway, at the moment, im reading:
Extras- Scott Westerfeld
The Will of The Empress- Tamora Pierce
The Picture of Dorian Gray- Oscar Wilde
and
Darkly Dreaming Dexter- Jeff Lindsay
Ive actually had to make a "books to read" list so that i make sure i read them instead of getting distracted by new ones!
