When my grandfather died, I was sad...but then It was kind of like I wasn't and then I think I cried once and that was it. People cope with grieving in different ways, there is no right way or wrong way to grieve.

Hey there,

Damien is right in what he says about everyone grieves differently, because they do. It is just like we all have our different ways of coping with things. Some more negative than positive. I know at times it might not feel like you are grieving but perhaps you need to think about what would be different if you were grieiving. I think the main thing is that you do let out your feelings and not bottle them up because that will only make you feel worse.

Just remember you are not in this alone. Stay strong.
