tartafin - potoatoes sliced thinly and fried with garlic and butter and then topped with melted cheese. It is quite possibly the most sexual potato dish I have ever tasted. Nigel Slater is a god for introducing me to it's gooey delights :p

"Egg and Soldiers" is basically a hard boiled egg and a weird kind of toast. Now I want toast and with butter and it's 3am. Darn it! :P
For dinner tonight, I had a frozen dinner with turkey and stuffing with gravy, mashed potatos, and peas. For "tomorrow", I'm thinking Chik-Fil-A after the basketball game. (Edit: I was wrong! I got a salad at Subway for dinner tonight. I can never make up my mind. xD ) |

I have mashed potatoes and frozen veggies for sides. I also have pork chops I can do something with, but I have NO idea what to do with them. xD |
