Coho wild caught salmon, sea scallops and apples, on the grill. I was going to have Trader Joe's couscous (which is legit) but I'm out of chicken stock. And spinach, but it was spoiled (didn't know that happened...)
To drink: Pint and a half of St. Bernardus 10% ABV Abbey Ale. Knockout punch to the liver
For dessert: Mint chocolate chip, Hudsonville

For dinner: Beef and broccoli over rice (yay, Chinese!) and an egg roll.
For dessert: Red velvet cheesecake
To drink: A nice glass of 2% milk.
