Re: What's for dinner? -

I'm not sure for today but I cooked yesterday (my father usually does) and when I cook, I make sure it's good and worth it. My parents sometimes complain because I cook with a lot more oil than my father and use decent amounts of butter. Tasty but probably not the healthiest. Alright, so it was as follows in this order:
1) Mandarin-orange with raspberry vinagrette salad.
2) Spicy Spanish pepper soup.
3) Pineapple-apricot-orange glazed pork with curry. Served on a bed of rice cooked with some orange juice. The pork was cut into small bite-size bits.
4) Chocolate-raspberry-brandy brownies.
All was home-made except the raspberry vinagrette.
Not sure if I'll cook today, I know I'm making dessert despite still having a good amount of the brownies left.
