tartafin - potoatoes sliced thinly and fried with garlic and butter and then topped with melted cheese. It is quite possibly the most sexual potato dish I have ever tasted. Nigel Slater is a god for introducing me to it's gooey delights

Tonight I'm cooking an anti valentines day dinner for me and my 2 single friends. I'm gonna make fragrant pilau rice, chicken spinach and lentil korma, and some kind of aubergine side dish that I haven't decided on yet and I might throw in some poppadums too if there's any on offer at the supermarket.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm making tonight.
I have mashed potatoes and frozen veggies for sides. I also have pork chops I can do something with, but I have NO idea what to do with them. xD
