I had a burger salad. (It's literally lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, kale, spinach and a crumbled up black bean burger. Oh and mustard and little ketchup drizzled on top.) Yes, I know I'm weird.

Basmati rice, black eye'd peas, chopped veggies, oregano, and a little bit of vegan orange sauce. Just kind of threw things together in my rice cooker and it turned out pretty good.
