I had a bowl of salad (lettuce, spinach, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers) drizzled with mustard, topped with a veggie patty with a dollop of relish.

It's not technically dinner but I just had the most amazing sausage and bacon roll ever for lunch. If there is such a thing as a perfect lunch, that would be it. SO good.

I might have something fast food related this evening for dinner if I don't make it home on time. If I do make it home on time I am making a smoothie with frozen banana, skim milk, spinach, flax seeds, and yogurt.
I don't think I've posted in this thread since I lived with my parents and my mom made me yummy food. I think I'm either going to microwave some spring rolls or heat up some soup.
