Dins tonight is roasted oinkles from yesterday, but with extra roast taters, parsnips and a lush Meditteranean dish of veggies. For afters will probs be tinned peaches, or ice cream or sticky toffee pud pud. Might settle for all if Mum isn't watching.

I didn't get any.

Tonight's dinner was delious roast pork and apples, the apples caramalizing to perfection around the piggy leg. Its crackling tasted sublime; the roast meal was accompanied by roasted potatoes done in goose fat and baby carrots from our garden.
Tomorrow I expect it will be piggy sammiches, served up by my adorable little sister, Kitty who excels in making such splendid homemade sourdough bread.
