Zucchini and Squash

Do you like zucchini and squash?

We love both. I'll cut them up, add olive oil salt and pepper and put this in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes and it is really good.

I like zucchini chips in the air fryer but when my mom puts it in the oven I find it to be too squishy and I don't like that.

I like to have some zucchini or squash from time to time, but not too often, I don't like them so much. I fry them on the pan or put in the oven. Sometimes I make these 'zucchini boats' filled with quinoa and some extra veggies.

I enjoy squash if it's cooked very well and is heavily-seasoned. I hate zucchini, it does not taste well at all to me.
