Pumpkin cheesecake - loved by many, this type of cake is traditionally baked in October, during pumpkin season. We've had a thread about pumpkin spice recently and it became a long and interesting discussion I'm curious if you like pumpkin cheesecake. Would you like to try baking it? I have a few recipes:

I'm going to a pumpkin patch tomorrow - it'd be so cool to see if I could create this from the pumpkins we pick! If I'm feeling brave I may give it a go. Thanks for sharing!

I cooked a pumpkin last Tuesday and wanted to make the cheesecake. I had no quark at home, so I went shopping; I visited three local shops and none had quark I decided to make a different type of cake then. Just using flour, eggs, sugar and mashed pumpkin, and chocolate for the icing.
