Our maman has a wonderful paperback called Italian Pizzas and Hearth Breads by Elizabeth Romer. It's cheaply available from abebooks.com or abebooks.co.uk if you live in the UK, or any second-hand bookshop to order. Don't even look at amazon uk. The price they charge for Elizabeth Romer's cookbook is extortionate!

Or, if you're short of time, do a jacket potato or two in the oven. Even jacket spuds are sensational with Bolognaise Rugu. Just don't forget the Parmesan!

Sounds very yummy! I have to say I love taking time to cook. Not just these quick and easy recipes (which I also love making), but a slow cooked meal just seems to tick all the boxes. Another one for the menu I think.
