Every year my family has prime rib which I absolutely love. We also have baked asparagus wrapped in bacon!

I’m vegetarian, and most Christmas food (in Denmark) are meat.
But my boyfriends mother always makes tofu for me and my boyfriend, which is delicious

What does she do with the tofu? I really like tofu when it's done right.
Do you like mushrooms? I made a roasted mushroom and garlic butter and parmesan dish at Thanksgiving and it was a hit. I probably could have left off the butter too. It's super simple too which I loved since cooking can be triggering for me.

Green bean casserole is my favorite holiday dish and then I love the usual baking dishes as well.

We usually have appetizers throughout Christmas Day.
In years past, my mom would make Filet Mignon with baked potatoes and boiled onions the day after Christmas.

Depends with us here. We usually do a ham or turkey. I like that the best, but also like when we do side dishes on Christmas Eve.

Cheesy potatoes. Basically hashed browns, cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, maybe onion? Top with either corn flakes or french fried onions and bake.
