[FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""][FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""]would it be ok to anon ask a former friend and say that i've thought of them during the pandemic and hope they're staying safe? i know the pandemic began two years ago but i've always been nervous about reaching out because they made it clear in the past they don't wanna hear from me.

For my opinion, I understand that you're scary about the pandemic (me too), but seems that no one cares anymore. Take the precautions as ever, and let the others do what they want. They don't want to hear that from you, well, don't say it then. Do what you want an let others do what they want. That's my policy of life. I personally don't care anymore about the others, in my personal opinion.

However, if they have stated clearly that they do not wish for any form of contact from you, you will show respect for them and their boundaries by refraining from contacting them. It's really nice of you to think of a friend during the pandemic and it goes to show that kind of person you are. However, as Matter said, if they have said they no longer wish to speak, it would be beneficial to respect their wishes. I hope that helped. :hug: |
