how to ask my parents for a sex toy
Hey, i've recently been thinking about getting an onahole (a fake vagina used to masturbate with) but i am only thirteen and i'm pretty sure it's still illegal for me to have that. Now i wanted to maybe ask my mom to buy me one, but it would be extremely embarrasing, she's one of those old, sweet pony camp moms, and i think that talking about such crude things would really shock her. she already gives a strange look when someone mentions porn. any tips?

yeahhh i'm leaning towards not talking to your mom about it. maybe instead of asking her if you can get a sex toy, you can ask her if you can open a bank account. that way you'll get an atm card that you can use to make online purchases. perhaps a friend or family member will allow you to ship it to their address, if your mom would be nosy about your mail. you could always tell them it was a gift for your mom and you didn't want her to accidentally open it or something. just be sure to get an actual gift for your mom on the side so if they ask her about it, it won't be exposed.

Here is the thing, are you sure that you cannot buy a sex toy at your age? Age restrictions are usually only on Tabacco products as well as alcohol. There is also age restriction for buying certain games or movies. However as far as sex toys I am unaware of any such country especially within the EU. I would just go and try buying it, if they refuse to sell it to you because of your age, you can always speak to a manager. I wish you luck, Torben |

I definitely wouldn't talk to your mom about it; this would be an awkward conversation even amongst friends, muchless with your mom. Even as an adult with open minded parents, I am sure as hell not going to disclose what sex toys I do or do not have to my parents.
I would recommend learning what the rules are about purchasing sex toys are in your area - for example, it might be that you can buy condoms but can't be in a sex toy shop. Also, it might be that the store simply cannot sell the stuff to you, but your having a sex toy isn't the part that is illegal, nor would you necessarily get into trouble for attempting to buy a toy. Maybe try to buy something online or something if you think you can get mail without your parents demanding to see what it is. Worst case scenario, you just can't get anything and you could research ways to make homemade toys or something. Whatever you do, don't do anything that could get you into trouble :) |

Don't talk to your mom. Ask to your dad, he can help you maybe. He can understand your situation more. Good luck, but well, bear in mind that you have so many years ahead for things like that. You are still just about very young enough to have some innocence, don't waste it.

Since you were conceived via her (I am assuming) I doubt you would be telling her anything she didn't already know. Parents, while its weird to think about, are sexual beings. So she probably knows a lot more than you think she does.
However, I don't see how helpful talking to her about it would be. I know here in the United States, if she were to purchase one for you, it could look predatory from an outsiders perspective and there may be some sexual abuse accusations on your parents. It's just not something worth involving them over. At the end of the day, if it is illegal to get one where you live at 13 its probably just best to wait until you are older. Yes, you want one now. However, there are laws and rules and you wouldn't want to get into trouble, and you wouldn't want to get anyone else in trouble or a simple "want". Just be patient. It will happen one day, in time. |
