Hundreds of millions of alcohol sanitation wipes and swabs made by the Triad Group and sold worldwide have been recalled due to contamination of potentially life-threatening bacteria.

Wow, thats pretty scary. Just goes to show that everybody (even companies) make mistakes and you just have to be cautious. I hope that not too many people died :(
