one turned in to two, two turned into an addiction - November 9th 2009, 09:43 PM

i used to be one of the strong surporters of anti-smoking, but i've started smoking, not reallly heavy but still smoking. i promissed my friend i wouldnt smoke agian, should i tell her now or let her find out later???

I would go ahead and tell her. She might be disappointed in you but I'm sure she will help you stop. The sooner you make an effort to stop... the easier it will be, the longer you wait, the harder it will be. So for the benefit of yourself and your health, go ahead and tell her. Good luck with quitting.
