Since it's not necessarily made to treat mental health issues, then I understand why you may feel a bit hopeless with it. But it's good, in general, to track your mood, and with NAC, to see if it helps or not. It's definitely worth talking about with your psychiatrist though. Hopefully you'll find a treatment that works for you
