Hey, first off, Welcome to TeenHelp.
I'm Kaylaaa Marie.
This is a really safe place to just reach out to other teens and people who have gone through a lot of similar things or expierences. I hope that you'll like it here a lot.
Okay, about finding your sister's eating disorder blog, just take some deep breaths. I'm sure it isn't easy to find out your sister has an eating disorder but it's not an uncommon thing for people.
Quote:
It is estimated that 8 million Americans have an eating disorder – seven million women and one million men
Eating disorders affect million and millions of people all around the World.
I think that what you should do is just start off my talking to your sister about it. Tell her that you found the blog, and that you're obviously really worried about her. Ask her why she feels that she's overweight. Eating disorders are mental illnesses, but they are definitely something that can be cured.
Talk to your sister. I wouldn't run to your mom about it until you talk to your sister, and then maybe if things go really badly when you're talking to her, then maybe take it a step further and talk to your mom about it.
I wish you the best of luck,
and if you ever want to talk about this further, or anything else, at any time,
please feel free to just message me. i'll always be open and available to talk.
Take care of yourself,
-Kaylaaa Marie.
When you can't find your way home,
and when life gets too hard to face on your own.
I will stand as a light through the darkness unknown,

Im so sorry youre stuck in this situation. Its good that youre so concerned about your sister, but you cant control her. You should talk to her, and if she doesnt stop its not your fault at all. If she knows shes caught, and cant stop herself from her bad behaviors, its a sign that she really does need help. Try to not make it sound like your attacking her, because then you could just scare her away. The best thing to do would be to open those lines of communication with her. If nothing works, you need to ell your mom. If you need anything, message me

Hey there. First of all, take a deep breath. Things are going to be okay.
By telling your mom, you're not betraying your sister. You're saving her life.
She might think that you're betraying her, but she will one day thank you for it.
You can talk to your sister first and tell her that you are worried about her.
I would do some online research about her Eating Disorder and explain to her the dangers.
Be gentle with her. People with Eating Disorders are very sensitive. So approach her with ease.
If things don't get better, I high suggest you tell your mom.
