About 5 months ago I started to stop eating. Like at lunch i'll only eat one thing but I really dont feel like it, i just eat it so i can get food in my stomach. It's like... I just can't eat anymore. Even if my stomach's growling I just cant do it. I'm in depression and always thinking of self harm, so could that be why i dont want to eat..?

Depression could be a reason. Do you feel sick when you eat too much? If so, there are medicines you can get to stop you feeling sick, then you can manage to eat more.
Please don't SH. Been there, done that. Not worth it ... maybe try and speak to someone about the depression? It will help the SH feelings ... PM if you need to ok?

Hey there,
You may very well have an eating disorder. ED's can often times stem from depression. Self Harm tends to be associated as well. However, you can never know for sure unless you are diagnosed from a professional. I know that is a hard thing to think about. You should really try to get help for this. Reaching out can be the hardest, yet most rewarding things you can do. I went through the same thing you did. I had a hard time reaching out for support, but I was happy I did in the end. If you think that this is an ED, then it may be. In which case you should try to curb that now before it gets too out of hand.
