Inside One Boy's ANOREXIA - CNN.com - December 4th 2010, 10:39 AM

POSSIBLY TRIGGERING (Link contains some weight numbers)
[But hopefully in a POSITIVE WAY!!]

Hi Everyone!!

I hope you're having a super duper day!!

Click on the link below to read an interesting story about a boy and his problem with anorexia.

- Inside One Boy's Anorexia -

The perception that eating disorders affect only females is wrong, especially for younger kids.

"The younger you get, the more likely [ANOREXICS] are to be boys," said Dr. David Rosen, the lead author for the eating disorders report in Pediatrics. "For the youngest patients, we see roughly equal number of boys and girls."

NOTE FROM CRAIG: NEVER allow yourself to get suckered into the 'poor me - stupid me' game. Those thoughts - those feelings - are PART of the 'sickness'. COMMAND THOSE THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS OUT OF YOUR LIFE!

GREAT BIG HUG
Craig!!

Thank you for sharing this Craig. It's good inspiration for recovery, and it's also good for our boys to know that they really aren't as alone as they feel.
