so I never had anorexia. but pretty sure I was close. thank god my friends and family pretty much forced me to gain weight when i was low by being like "here have a cookie!" "lets order a pizza!" but anyways. i dont wanna be anorexic and wanna be "normal" so im thinking living on fruits vegetables and stuff like super healthy isnt "normal" so what are some good foods to transition into without gaining alot of weight that can replace my fruit vegetable protein and help me be more balanced?

Hey there,
I am glad that you are becoming back on track. That is a really good thing. Here are some ideas to replace your fruit and veggies. Don't do too many red meats those are usually kind of high in fat, try starting with chciken and fish. you can try replacing bread with tortilla wraps, they have less carbs to them. I hope this helps.
