Something is wrong with me. - Today, 04:48 AM

I workout everyday for 6 hours and when I am injured or sick, I feel like I still have to keep working out or I will get very fat. My parents, siblings and I all have to workout everyday and we can't be fat. Sometimes I feel that I don't want to workout that day, but I have to. Maybe something is wrong with me.

wrong probably isnt the right word. you just have some bad behaviors
https://kidshealth.org/en/teens/comp...-exercise.html
but if your parents also have the same bad behaviors then getting the help you need is going to be a real struggle
like i know a kid who wants to lose weight but his parents are both overweight and there lifestyle effects his lifestyle since they buy the food and stuff
that means they are holding him back from doing what he knows is good for him but its hard to escape a cycle when important people keep trapping you
if your lucky your family will understand theres a problem
bring up your thoughts to them after reading this story i shared here
good luck
