Eating Disorder or Stomach Problem? -

So lately I've been getting sick, but only in the mornings. Friday I went to the ER because I wasn't able to keep anything down due to the vomiting. Other than Friday everything is continuing the same (i.e. vomiting in the mornings) I'm never hungry and can't eat very much. I also lost Edited pounds in one week.
However, I kind of like that I'm never hungry and am happy I lost all of that weight in such a short time, and I don't really mind the problems. I just don't want to eat and I don't know if that's a medical issue or eating disorder, or even a combination of the two. I don't want to get help for this problem... I like it so much. I'm just a wreck.
My question is, am I having medical related problems? Or is it an eating disorder?

Hey there Sparrow,
Do you know if your allergic to any foods? I had the same issue a year ago that lasted over a year until they figured out what was going on. Some of the tests they did on me, you can ask about.
These tests included:
1) Lactose Intolerant Test
2) Colonscopy
3) Gastroscopy (Endscopy)
4) CAT Scan
5) X-rays
6) Ultrasound
Later it found that I have many food intolerance. I also did a test for Celiac Disease and it was negative.
Is it possible to ask your doctor for both Colonscopy and Gastroscopy (Endscopy) this allows them to look inside to see if there is anything wrong, they also do a few biopsy to check to see if you have a infection of some sort that they can't see on the camera.
Do you find eating food that it physically hurts you? It took me awhile to find foods that I am okay eating. I took out all processed foods and ate fruits, veggies, and protein. I even took out all wheat.
