Hey there,
As difficult as things feel right now, running away to attempt suicide isn't the answer. It's understandable that you don't want to talk to anyone in your life about this, but there are still other options. Perhaps you could call the crisis hotline to discuss what you're going through. It's a safe, secure way to get help without having to tell anyone that you know personally. There is also a number for the crisis hotline that you can text if that feels more comfortable for you.
While I know you mentioned not wanting to talk to anyone in person, you may want to consider talking to a trusted teacher or guidance counselor. Doing so will allow you to share some of what you're feeling without having to talk to your parents or friends. Keep in mind that teachers and counselors are mandated reporters, so they will have to reach out to the proper parties if they fear that you are in danger.
You may also want to look at our alternatives list , which offers a number of things that you can try in place of hurting yourself. Keep in mind that not every alternative works for every person, so you may have to try a few before you find the one(s) that work best for you.
I know it might be hard to see right now, but there are so many things in this world that make life worth living. You owe it to yourself to see what those things are.
Take care,
Sam
