Hey. It's gonna be okay.

Listen. I know mental health can be rough sometimes. Hell, look at me. I was born with tism, bi-polar-schizo mix, and just general anxiety. i have trauma from rape, abuse, manipulation, and bullying. i have hallucinations so vivid they can touch me, hurt me, talk to me, mock, humiliate, and tear down my pride. ive always had this shit to deal with. and im not saying your shit is invalid, the opposite. most people dont get to see the shit they have as their normal. i understand how it feels to be broken. and i especially know what its like to not have anyone who understands you. so if you need it, i am here for you. because there is light at the end of that shit stained void. issues arent a tunnel, there is no entrance and exit, its all wading through a cesspool of emotions. rage, depression, anxiety, sadness.. but im here to tell you that if you tough it out and find someone who can pull you out.. you will get out. maybe i wont be that guy nor the next few people.. but you WILL find them. if you need someone to talk to, im here.
