Its complicated. It's not black and white. There is many factors to things and each situation is different. This post dosen't mean anything related to my experiences past or present. It's good to be reminded of this especially when we feel abandoned or not cared about by are therapits or when we feel they don't think about us .
This is a lovely quote and true too. I know it can be easy to feel that therapists only care for the hour because that's their job, but good therapists care beyond that hour too
