I'm really sorry that this happened to you. Do you have a counselor? If so then I would ask them about how to stop these dreams from happening, if not I think its fairly important that you do see someone, as it is obviously effecting your life. It may also help you if you try some relaxation excerises before you sleep, this will stop you thinking about what happened and therefore could help prevent or lessen the nightmares. Research on the internet for ones that you think could help you.
