Those are really positive goals to work towards Jamie. Once you get into a routine of eating 3 meals a day it becomes slightly easier and being active will make you feel better in yourself. Hope things go well for you and you achieve your goals, which I am sure you will!

YEAH WHOO! last week or so I been eating three square meals a day, less junk food, no fast food other than a dairy queen ice cream ONCE and it was a small anyway been more active and I think i am slowly improving in mma training although just when you think they got it they change it and make it harder again lol but i wouldn't have it any other way
