My goal for the year -

That is, aside from getting a job and/or doing a six month certificate at AUT.
My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle mass.
I am currently medically overweight and am looking get back in what is considered a "safe" range by doctors.
I have a skipping rope and a dumbell set, and will update how many skips I can do in a row for a while - I guess until this thread gets closed.
Wish me luck! I need it. I'm one of those ones that tends to fall off the rails.
