Goals for 2023. - December 16th 2022, 09:13 PM
What are your goals for 2023? Do you prefer to be more laid-back when setting goals or do you prefer to stick to a schedule, plan things out? Do you believe in making new year resolutions? If so, what have you found to be helpful and are you able to stick to it?

My goals for 2023:
• Find a new job.
• Establish freelance writing.
• Get back to exercising.

I don’t believe in resolutions because there are steps you have to follow for it to actually stick and starting something just because it’s New Years doesn’t always work.

I want to stay out of the hospital if possible, get my driver’s license, and get a new job. I will try not to judge myself if any of those don’t happen though.

Great goals, Hollie & Dez! Remember, it's ok if they don't get accomplished or are only partially accomplished! You never have to give 100% because we all have good days and bad days, and sometimes we just can't be bothered. And that is perfectly fine!

Lose weight (medically necessary), but I'm not going to obsess over it
Go back to therapy (already scheduled)

Continue therapy and medical treatment.
Finish my IT course.
Move to a different place than where I live now.
