I like your goals! Nothing wrong with being shy though, if that's who you are, but definitely think it's worth developing confidence in yourself to follow your dreams! Might take a while, but you'll get there. Best of luck

Those are some things you can work on with support from those around you. You're still young and have plenty of time to improve in the areas you want to change.
