What have you accomplished today?

I actually had a decent nights sleep, I took my dog for a walk this morning and I applied for a couple of more jobs.

Almost finished tidying my room, started an online course and started more job applications

I applied for some more jobs and treated myself to Subway.

[Mindfulness.]

I moved houses and applied for more jobs.

[Mindfulness.]

I've applied for more jobs, spent time with my parents and dog and did some housework.

[Mindfulness.]

I did all of the housework.

[Mindfulness.]

I spent some quality time by myself which is what I needed.

Yesterday: I came home from work and managed to continue doing more work. It was kind of rushed though so I hope it'll be ok.

I also managed to get enough sleep though kept waking up checking the time. I hate my alarm waking me so unless I'm extremely tired, I try not to let it go off.

Today:... we'll see.

After work, I prepared my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow and sorted out some things around the house.

I managed to list a couple of extra things, spend time chatting with a friend, and mostly just relax before the next day.

Yesterday I reordered the bathroom. I laid a foot-reveling deep-piled carpet to fit around a rather large bath for Maman. Three strong men later and bathroom is now fit for a queen.

I got a new personal best on my deadlift today! Well and truly chuffed!

I made Maman good profit, but Sis and I are looking forward to see her reaction of The Bath. Tomorrow though, is going to take care of itself when all I'll be doing is chopping up the rest of our logs.

This morning, I went to the gym, I saw my parents and I managed to have a nap.

I got some last minute shopping done before the Christmas rush.

I massaged Julie to make her supple.

Took her for a gentle walk around the garden

I helped get her hair right for later this evening.

I completed some of the house work, I applied for some jobs, I spent some time with my parents and their dog and now I'm relaxing.

I applied for a job and now I'm just catching up on my to do list.

I changed my bed and went for a walk to the shop

I did the majority of the housework so now I can relax.

Checked in with all my clients. Spent time talking to my friend.

Remembered to do my morning weigh-in... the result was exactly as anticipated.

Moved a few blog entries onto a Word document and stored them on my external hard drive.

Continued to work on the new puzzle I got for Christmas. It's proving to be very challenging.

Created home workouts for clients. Revised some classes to teach for when the gyms reopen. Exercised.

Went to work and gave my dog a bath.

I went to work, cleaned my car, got more of my medication and did a whole bunch of housework. Joys of being an adult.

I communicated with clients regarding their nutrition, health, and general exercise. I put some household things up for sale we no longer want. I spent time chatting to my friend.

Put away the box of stock I ordered before Christmas that I've been putting off ever since.

I finally decided on what gym I'm going to join.

I was up revising by 6 am for my English Language and French Studies BA Hons. I did well!


Next planned is my 4 year Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) though I already have a job

My Mum and I took my parents dog out for a walk this morning and I went to work.

A wonderful night's sleep,a long lie in, a lazy lunch shared with Sis during which we enjoyed a couple of stray bottles of German wine. And now we are tipsily making our way to snooze on the couch. And no Maman.
