Tonight, I want to fall asleep easily. I don't want to read 'til some crazy hour, I just want to go to bed at a reasonable hour and fall asleep without any drama, I want beat my insomniac habits for once and also beat my self harming for tonight, which is usually done just before I lay down to sleep.
