I want to get through today.
I would also like to read to chapter 35 of my book. I'd love to be able to read more and get it finished but reading three chapters might be all I can manage.
Get through today and pass the assessment.
Try and find a book to read. Nothing is pulling me in. Even if I can tell I'd like it I can't seem to commit.
Try and figure out what I want to do this weekend.

To take care of myself this holiday weekend, treat myself to something, give this new medicine time to work and not let my stressors get to me.
Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

Pick up some stuff for the BBQ tomorrow
Try and read to chapter 4 or 5 of my book
Try and enjoy this three day weekend without letting my anxiety get the best of me

Get the items I need for the week
Prep the new breakfast I want to try and make
Prepare for the upcoming week
Figure out if I want to go to that movie tonight
Get through my 4 hour work day and try not to stress about the meeting with school. It will all work out and then I'll get registered for classes sometime in the next few weeks.
