Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.
Try not to get bored and find something to do to while away the time.

My goal for the day is to try and show more patience and understanding throughout today. To stay calm and relaxed rather than getting overwhelmed and upset.

For tonight/tomorrow:
-Study.
-Finish my readings.
-Start researching ideas for one class's paper. Choose a topic from the list for another.
-Pick a film.
-And homework in general.
- write out my assignments for this month - DONE
- clean the bathroom and our dorm room - also DONE
- finish writing that paper that's due tomorrow by midnight... uh not so much
"You'll have to decide for yourself. Walk on your own. Move forward. You've got a strong pair of legs, Rose. You should get up and use them."
since its night time I will have one for tonight and one for tomorrow
- Get some school work done
- Lessen urges to self harm
From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die

My goal for today is to get the house totally clean. I dont' think it's really going to take that much of an effort, so hopefully we can get it done today.

My goal for the day is to get some of the house cleaned up. I've been slacking these past few days, and it wouldn't hurt to really get the ball rolling again.
