Life is too

Short to spend

It at war with

Yourself.

I’m catching stars in the sky because I am fixing the soul within me. May it be from the heart a girl broke years ago or my soul simply repairing itself as it was shattered on my walk on this earth. May the stardust fill those cracks within my soul making me brand new, but never forgetting who I once was.

Re: have to speak for disability awarness wk - September 11th 2010, 10:51 AM

Hey there,

What are you most afraid of? Have you decided what you're going to say before you do the speech? It's a pretty amazing thing that you're going to do this speech at all! It will open the eyes of so many and give them an insight into the lives of those struggling with disabilities. Understandably it is scary. Have you thought of any methods to handle the initial anxiety? Do you have anything to play with of breathing exercises to keep you calm while you do it? (I could give you a lot of suggestions, just shoot me a PM!)

I hope everything works out for you.
Marie.
