Watching tv, and on Tumblr.
From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die

Drawing butterflies on myself, in permanent markers. You can't harm yourself until the butterfly goes away, and permanent marker lasts awhile, so it makes me take time to calm down.

I found my ultimate motivator.
I want to quit so I can go to France in November with my school. My progress is being closely monitored, so I'm going to put in my very best effort to fight this. I'm not going to let self-harm get in the way of my goal <3

I'm not really sure anymore how I do it. I guess I just know for sure that I don't want to anymore so I am doing my very best not to. I keep telling myself just make it another month and it will feel like a great accomplishment and it always does! Then It just makes me excited to start my next month.

Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!

I have been thinking about cutting again when yesterday a friend of mine told that when i feel like i should a piece of paper and pencil and go all Avril Lavigne and thats what i do now. I have been self-harm free for 70 days.
My wrist have cuts and scars, and they tell my story and who i am.

By using sheer willpower. I don't find occupational methods very helpful - if I want to stop doing something, I just 'quit' there and then. Sort of an impulse, heat of the moment thing.
It's worked, given that I'm approaching two years free...

I stopped myself tonight. I was literally about to cut, then I thought about how I didn't want anymore scars and I wanted to get better. Also thought about how I'll probably see my best friend this weekend and if she asked about it, I'd rather tell her I haven't hurt myself in a few weeks rather than just a few days.

I've been emailing myself when I feel like doing it, sort of like an online journal that only I can see.
I also made a list of goals to start small without SH and eventually progress to not doing it anymore.

I told myself what my mum said, that she was in tears from a nightmare she'd had of me. I promised her and I failed :/ I hate breaking promises now my will-power isn't enough.... MIght just read or watch TV, something lazy or leave the house, distance myself from the matches.

Last night it was really hard but I got out my "emergency kit" and tried nearly everything in it. I listened to calming music, I used smell goods, I drank tea but what really helped was I did a really hard sudoku puzzle, I wouldn't let myself self-harm until I was done with the puzzle. By the time I was done I was really tired and was able to lay down and I fell right to sleep.

Writing poems n how I feel. So, yeah, my poems are mostly depressive shit.
Or, playing sims, give my hands something to do.
