I completed over a dozen assignments for class.

I've been drawing, and I took a walk.

I'm dancing to my favourit music and jumping around the room
It's ok to give in to an urge or make a mistake. You are only human and we all have our flaws. We all have our weak moments and we all make mistakes. Thats what makes us human.
Thats what makes us unique and beautiful
Courage isn't always a loud roar. Sometimes it is a quiet whisper at the end of a day saying: Tomorrow I will try it again!

I bought myself several dresses so i have something to look forward to when the scars fade. It keeps me from making more because i want to wear the dresses.

I'm beating SH by keeping myself busy with cleaning, as well as playing with Ava a lot. If I keep myself surrounded by the things I love, I tend not to get as down, and there's nothing I love more, than Ava.

The best way I'm defeating it is by basically working out and smoking some bud and drinking a little bit here and there. Also traveling and meeting new people.

Well, I only let myself have one razer at a time (I buy in packs of 2 and throw one away... wasteful I know but it works) so if I try to break it open, then I can't shave my face.... I am also very compulsive with my SH and don't think about it before I just kinds do it and if I don't break it open then it's really challenging to cut and by the time I break the skin I'm already calmed down a bit.

I'm beating self harm by reminding myself how far I've come since I felt like I had to cut. I've come such a long way, and I'm so proud of myself for that.

I avoided going into the bathroom when my urges were strongest.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

When I first started cutting, my mom noticed the scars, but didn't know where I kept my razor and knew that even if she found it I could probably just get another one. A few months after I'd been clean from cutting for a while and all of my wounds had healed, she was cleaning my bathroom and found my rusty old blood covered razor blade in my cabinet and threw it out. I only found out when I came home and it was clearly missing without me having moved it. At first I freaked out a little bit knowing that my mom had found my blade and knowing that I really didn't have an outlet to cut anymore, but it was that simple gesture that kept me from cutting ever again.

I'm beating SH by keeping myself busy. I'll cook, clean, play with Ava, and when Ava is asleep and the house is clean, I'll play a video game till she wakes up.

I'm beating SH by talking it out when I get upset or triggered. I've found that if I talk to Jordan about it and explain to him what's going on, he's always there to comfort me and make me feel better after words.

I signed up for free courses on open learning. I will be learning first aid/CPR which will then hopefully help me get a babysitting job even though I wouldn't have been "certified" per se.
I will try making a script for the puppet show. I will try writing (hah! as if)

I'm beating SH by focusing on a goal that I've had for awhile, but haven't put forth the effort to achieve. I find that if I stay focused, I'm less inclined to get triggered for to have the urge to SH.
