I was at summer camp, and we were doing a projects with exacto knives. I talked to the camp counselor a out it and have made it through my 13th day SH free

I got my friend to write on me, I just didn't tell her why. She has this thing about writing her signature all over me haha but I don't mind. It's getting pretty hard though.
I also wrote in my school diary on the 3 weeks mark so I have a reason to get through till the next day and a goal to reach for. Well it is tomorrow but still, I might not make it till then anyway.

Oh gosh. I've cried, a lot. Talked my team. Having crisis contact over weekend. Using mindfulness. Distracting. Using Cognitive diffusion and distress tolerance skills.
And thinking of my mum and sister.

By staying focused on something, such as working out, reading my scriptures, or cleaning the house. I also remind myself of the future I want, and realize that my future has no room for SH.
