TH alternatives list(!!!!!), writing my own list in my journal of things to do instead, doing some of the alternatives, writing things to do/think of to help me tomorrow, writing down good things.
Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!
Don't trust a perfect person and don't trust a song that's flawless.

Listening to music and writing poetry.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
Years of tearing down our banners, you and I
Living for the thrill of hitting you where it hurts Give me back my girlhood, it was mine first

Focusing on the fact I'm already sore.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

Writing and writing and writing and not moving from my spot until I'm so tired I don't even have the strength to SH anymore or the night has passed and I have to go to class.
It's ok to give in to an urge or make a mistake. You are only human and we all have our flaws. We all have our weak moments and we all make mistakes. Thats what makes us human.
Thats what makes us unique and beautiful
Courage isn't always a loud roar. Sometimes it is a quiet whisper at the end of a day saying: Tomorrow I will try it again!

If I need support, I'll talk to my spirit guide, a black panther named Kuro. If I need sensation, I'll gently brush my skin with a soft-bristled cat brush, since I don't have a cat anymore.
