urgent: feeling like cutting
 

this is such a hard time for me right now,of course I know I won't be raped again, as the problem is taken care of and my parents know about it and have taken care of it. well, I just had a nightmare that I was being raped again, and it is not even 4am yet. I am currently the only person awake, and I'd feel stupid waking up my mom over something like a nightmare, ecspecially since her birthday was just two days ago... but now I can't get back to sleep and honestly I really feel like cutting right now... :(
I know there are phone numbers I can call if I feel suicidal, but are there any for when I just feel like cutting myself, but not killing myself? also, if I do call such a number, can I be sure that they won't send cops or paramedics, etc. about it, and not tell my parents?
in other words, I want a number I can call without having somebody show up at the door, and I'm only 14, and I know that some numbers when you call, they contact parents, but I don't want my parents knowing...

I found this site. It may help, it has numbers for all different areas and you can call them if you just need to talk or something serious is going on.

It depends what country you are in. Judging by the time zone the numbers I know aren't applicable. If it stops you cutting, I don't think that your mom would mind you waking her.
