two weeks! :D I'm so proud! I write instead. Sometimes it gets really hard not to, but I try really really hard not to... so far, its working.

I have been self harm free for one day! Hopefully I can stay sh free. I long for the strenght many of you have - how you can go so long without self harming. If you have any suggestions for me please share.

I have been SH free for one week, which really isn't an accomplishment for me because I just got out of the hospital and I was SHing in there almost everyday, the only reason I stopped was because they were thinking about letting me out and I didn't want to jepradize it, not I am not doing so hot.

I've only been selfharm free for about 18 hours.. but I took the step to get help for myself, and while I don't have much hope at the moment, maybe things for me will change.
Congratulations everyone, your stories are inspiring.
