Not sure really been about 4/5months since i properly have but had a couple of little slip ups. So really about a month.

The past few weeks have been very difficult and stressful for me, so I'm surprised I've gotten this far.

Lesse....technically I have to say it's been fifteen months (minor slip-up), but since the last time I really SHed it's been two years. =]

I went 3 months but then I relapsed so four hours? But I'm still proud of those 3 months!

Guys, always remember that anything is good! Whether it be an hour, a day, a week. It's hard to stop for even a while. Count minute by minute, hour by hour, whatever you need to help you move along. =)
