Hi everyone! This is for everyone who self harms or has suicidal thoughts or depression or just feels like giving up! Please stay strong! Everyone is a strong and brave person.You can do it.Let it find you when the time is right and you're out doing what to do. Only then will you find it in its truest form. :)

6 days and 15 hours. Had multiple close ones today of picking up blade then putting it down. Of having urges in the form of images and stopping myself from acting on it. It is like trying to get a goat to not graze on someone else's grass! Self discipline and even more- disciplining something that is wild and has a mind of its own.

Well I miscounted. Yesterday was day 6 and it will soon be day 7 in approximately 12 minutes or less
