I have been self-harm free for about 3 months now...
I went from cutting hundreds of times a day for years, to about once every 4 months.

You can too!! :D

Didn't cut in about 9 months now. :)
But lately I'm getting urges again. >: Thank god only for a few moments till they're gone again.
Didn't bang my head on a wall in about 4 months now.
And all the other stuff I didn't do in about 2-3 months. :)

I've been self harm free for a day :/ It was longer but I had a bad relapse about 2 weeks ago and couldn't stop >.< Trying again now but it's hard
