Hey so I just made one of these and I figured I'd join in on this forum cuz self injury is one of my biggest issues right now.

Soon to be a month (before that, it was 5 months...), if accidentaly getting burned by a baking plate doesn't count...

Had a bit of a 'moment', so three days for me.
It's going to be okay, though. :)

Jen, that IS a big accomplishment!

Keep going strong, all of you. It takes time to get over something like this. But by the sounds of it everyone is doing really good trying to stop and that's all that matters. It's not about how many times you relapse, It's about how many times you get back up. Take care xx

I use to SH for a long time but, when I stopped it was for a year. I recently gave in and now it has been almost a week free.

I've been self harm free for 5 months now. It took me close to a year to quit. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done and I know that I'll never regret quitting.

I think its good that i'm not counting each day every day, just trying to see every so often how i'm doing. That way its not too much pressure.
